THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Canute Cheto Sechero alias Kanuti Sechero and (2) Majinji Sechero alias Laurence Machinji Sechero, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.44 hectare or thereabouts, known as Isukha/Lubao/1291, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega in succession cause No. 459 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Anastasia Witila Kanut Chieto, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
