REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francisca Ngina Kagiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok Salient/4903, and whereas in the chief magistrate’s court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 126 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration to Peter Mathenge Kagiri (ID/22016929) of the estate of Francisca Ngina Kagiri (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francisca Ngina Kagiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
