REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nichanor Juma, of P.O. Box 2, Muhoroni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Tamu/972, containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Muhoroni, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu in succession cause No. 366 of 2001 has ordered rectification of the said registration, and whereas efforts made to recover the said land title deed issued earlier to Nichanor Juma have been futile, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed to rectify the register as per the court order and the land title deed previously issued shall be of no legal effect.
