REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Vijaykumar Meghji Sawjani and (2) Ila Vijaykumar Meghji Sawjani, both of P.O. Box 90288, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of an estate in fee simple of a third undivided share of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 731/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa County, registered vide indenture as LT. IX, Folio 360/5, File 1160 and whereas original Indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I ' shall issue a provisional Indenture in the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
