WHEREAS Phelisina Njeri Chege (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.61 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 17/Saba Saba/90R, situate in the district of Murang,'a, and whereas in the senior principal magistrate's court at Kigumo in succession cause No. 20 of 2017, has issued a grant of letters of administration, and whereas the land title deed issued to the said otherwise known as Phelisina Njeri Chege (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R. L. 17 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Phelisina Njeri Chege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 26th July, 2019. M. W. GAZE rrE NOTICE No. 6990 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Joseph Ndungu Kungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Shamata/282, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 53 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Francis Njenga Ndung'u (ID/13395314) and (2) Simon Kungu Ndungu (ID/0341562), of the estate of Joseph Ndungu Kungu (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Ndungu Kungu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Ndungu Kungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
