REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Felix Shikoli Agutu, of P.O. Box 982, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, registered proprietor in all that piece of land known as Kapkoi/Mabonde Blk 1/Ex-Prison/554, situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provision of section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
