REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Snowcaps Insurance Brokers Limited, of P.O. Box 11640, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0487 hectare or thereabouts, known as Portion No. 2177, Malindi, situate in District of Kilifi, by virtue of a WHEREAS Julius Laibuni Makwalu, of P.O. Box 109, Timau in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 1.135 hectares or thereabout, known as Laikipia/Daiga/Ethi Block 2/14, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the land register/green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register/green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
