REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucy Wamuhu Munyuku, of P.O. Box 67, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 3.100 hectares or thereabout, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 11/2682, situate in the district Naivasha, and whereas the parcel was subdivided into four (4) new parcels on 15th October, 2010 namely, 4912. 4913, 4914, 4915 and transferred to other proprietors who were issued with title deeds on 6th March, 2017, and whereas efforts made to locate the said register and new parcels have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green cards as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
