REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Andrew Ndua Makundi (ID/2302846), (2) Charles Nzuki Kituku (ID/7867128) and (3) James Musembi Maingi (ID/0536826) (As trustees of Machakos Comrades Investment Society), all of P.O. Box 1945-90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kitengela/52371, 52372, 52373, 52374, 52375 and 52376, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
