WHEREAS (1) Habel Kagema Kaguma, (2) Samson Mwangi Kaguma and (3) Muitungu Henry Kagumah, all of P.O. Box 50, Kihoya in the Republic of Kenya, being personal representatives of Susan Nyambura Kaguma alias Susan Nyambura alias Susanah Nyambura (Deceased), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 3.089Ha and 0.13 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 19/Rwathia/2803 and Loc. I9/Rwathia/T. 25. Also certificate of lease for that piece of land containing 0.297 hectares situate in Murang'a District, registered under Title deed Loc 19/Rwathia/1232/9, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds/certificate of lease issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
