PURSUANT to the decree issued in the Civil Suit No. 311 of 2001, High Court of Kenya Nakuru dated 5th September, 2012, as well as a notice published in the Daily Nation newspaper of 6th December, 2017, a thirty (30) days notice is hereby given for the surrender of all title deeds erroneously issued as Elburgon/Elburgon Block 7(Ndimu), at the expiry of this notice, the title deeds shall stand cancelled and I shall proceed to issue new title deeds as Elburgon/Elburgon Block 10 (Ndimu).
