REGISTRATION

WHEREAS E. A. Harbours Corporation, of P.O. Box 95009- 80104, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 4.438 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XLVIII/131, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
