REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Walter Ndungu Kimani, (2) Joel Njuguna Mbugua and (3) Arthur Kabui Ngwiri, all of P.O. Box 11938-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 85.87 hectares or thereabout, known as Portion No. 2109, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of conveyance date of 21st August, 1974 registered under title No. Lt.36, Folio 63, File 4507, and whereas original Indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional Indenture in the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
