NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd July, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 191, in Volume B-13, Folio 1935/14444, File No. 1637, by our client, Fatma Abdulrehman Musa, formerly known as Fatuma Akasha Abdalla, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Akasha Abdalla and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatma Abdulrehman Musa for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to, designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatma Abdulrehman Musa only.
