COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on I st July, 2019, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Mombasa Mainland North, Nyali Sub-county. A copy of the part development plan has been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the Regional and County Physical Planning Offices at Uhuru na Kazi Building, 5th Floor and Bima Towers, 3rd Floor. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the Regional and County Physical Planning Offices at Uhuru na Kazi Building, 5th Floor and Bima Towers, 3rd Floor, between the hours of 8110 am. and 430 p.m.. Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named pan development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 82876- 80100, Mombasa, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
