NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on 10th July, 201! I. completed. The development plan relates to land situated in West of Ruiru Township in Kiambu County, consisting of two parcles of L.R. No. 28867/I and L.R. No. 31327. Copies of the development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the National Director of Physical Planning, Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning. 5th Floor. Ardhi House. 1st Ngong Avenue and County Derpartinent of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Ruiru., Kiatmbu County. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at 'the offices of the National Director of Physical Planning. Ministry of Land s and Physical Planning. 5th Floor, Ardhi House, 1st Ngong Avenue s and County Department of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Ruiru, Kiambu County, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.. Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the National Director of Physical Planning, Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning P.O. Box 45025-00100, Nairobi, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
