APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an order dated 29th June, 2018, the Commissioner for Co-operative Development appointed (1) Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi and (2) Joel Kipsanai Barbengi, Principal Co-operative Auditor, Elgeyo Markwet to be joint liquidators for Nitunze Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (CS/3109) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said appointed (1) Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi and (2) Joel Kipsanai Barbengi, Principal Co-operative Auditor Elgeyo Markwet have not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 30th June, 2019, for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said appointed (1) Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Principal Co- operative Officer, Nairobi and (2) Joel Kipsanai Barbengi, Principal Co-operative Auditor, Elgeyo Markwet to act as joint liquidators in the matter of the said co-operative society.
