NOTICE is given to all Members of County Assembly of Nandi and the general public that, pursuant to Standing Order 30 of the Nandi County Assembly Standing Orders, there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly at the Assembly Chambers, Kapsabet Town on Tuesday, 23rd and Wednesday, 24th July, 2019. The business to be transacted shall be: Tuesday, 23rd July, 2019 at 9.30 a.m. 1. Tabling of Ad-Hoc Committee Report on investigation into theft or loss of public property in the Departments of Transport and Infrastructure and that of Education and Vocational Training. 2. Giving of notice of motion in respect to Ad-Hoc Committee Report on Investigation into Theft or Loss of Public Property in the Departments of Transport and Infrastructure and that of Education and Vocational Training. Wednesday, 24th July 2019 at 9.30 a.m. Motion: That this House adopts the Ad-Hoc Committee Report on Investigation into Theft/Loss of Public Property in the Departments of 19th July, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2621 Transport and Infrastructure and that of Education and Vocational Training, laid on the table of the House on 23rd July, 2019.
