THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jeremiah Munyaka Muhia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.44 hectares or thereabout known as Ngenda/Kahuguine/709, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession case No. 61 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration to (I) Mary Wambui Muhia and (2) Charles Muhia, both of P.O. Box 53776-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Jeremiah Munyaka Muhia (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jeremiah Munyaka Muhia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
