REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Catherine Wangui Wanjau alias Katherine Wangu Wanajo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.2736 hectare or thereabouts, known as Iriaini/Gatundu/496, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession case No. 295 of 2018, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Juma Matu Chiuri, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue the same to Juma Matu Chiuri, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Catherine Wangui Wanjau alias Katherine Wangu Wanajo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
