GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6573

WHEREAS Nguru Wanyaga alias Nguru (deceased), of P.O. Box 373, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.18 hectares or thereabout, known as Githi/Kirerema/100, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Magistrate Court at Mukurweini in succession case No. 51 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Peter Wanyaga Nguru, (2) Mary Njeri Nguru and (3) Naomi Muthoni Nguru, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue the same to (1) Peter Wanyaga Nguru, (2) Mary Njeri Nguru and (3) Naomi Muthoni Nguru, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Nguru Wanyaga alias Nguru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. WHEREAS Dickson Kamau Kamakia alias Dickson Kamau Kamakia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.931 hectare or thereabouts, known as Escarpment Jet Scheme 1639, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession case No. 623 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Grace Wanjiku Kamau and (2) Peter Thuo Kamau, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dickson Kamau Kamakia alias Dickson Kamau Kamakia (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to said (1) Grace Wanjiku Kamau and (2) Peter Thuo Kamau, upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dickson Kamau Kamakia alias Dickson Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
