WHEREAS (1) Joseph Muchemi Kimburu (ID/4842059/67) and (2) Jane Muthoni Kimburi (W/4847950/67), both of P.O. Box 56181, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.01 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under tittle No. Kajiado/Kitengela/2975, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card opened thereof have been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
