REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tariq Iqbal (ID/5599531), of P.O. Box 46192-00100, Nairobi in the Republic in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0953 and 0.0971 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Ngong Township Block 2/556 and 557, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
