REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fatuma Rashid Thoya, (2) Maria Giada Vischi and (3) Amina Laura Fernando Vischi Jamal, all of P.O. Box 401, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.3002 hectare or thereabouts, known as Portion No. 7530, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District registered as C.R. 23875/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
