APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15 of the Urban Areas and Cities (Amendment) Act, 2019 and all enabling provisions of law, and upon approval by the County Assembly of Homa Bay in its sitting held on the 6th June, 2019, I, Cyprian Achilleus Otieno Awiti, Governor of Homa Bay, appoint- Peter Osoo Ongoro, William Oracha Abuka, Dorcas Akoth Matunga, Everlyne Lucy Ochelle, Maurice Okoma Odhoch, Peter Odhiambo Otieno, Caren Atieno Odiyo, The CEC for the time being responsible for Urban Areas, The Chief Officer responsible for Urban Development, SIMON K. CHELUGUI, Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Water and Sanitation. to be members of the Homa Bay Municipality Board, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 1st July, 2019.
