TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.33 OF 2017 By (1) Rosa Atieno Omolo and (2) Roslida Aluoch Ochicl, both of P.O. Box 135, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (I) Mola Nyagwa and (2) Ogutu Okelo, who died at Jera Sub-location, on 2nd April, 1980 and I 7th August. 1971. respectively. CAUSE No. 254 OF 2018 CAUSE No. 255 OF 2018 By Thomas Odera Ogonya, of P.O. Box 398, Ugunja in Kenya. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ogonya Ojwang, who died on 27th May. 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 2nd October. 2018.
