TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.38 OF 2019 By (1) Fatuma Mohamed Dahir and (2) Abdiqafar Mohamed Dahir, both of P.O. Box 57731-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdalla Mohamed Dahir, who died on 15th January, 2019. CAUSE No.40 OF 2019 By Ahmed Hajir Maalim Ibrahim, of P.O. Box 5520-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hajir Maalim Ibrahim, who died on 10th October, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
