TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in CAUSE No. 53 OF 2019 By ( 1 ) Veronica Nzilani Munyaka (2) Kelvin Kiilu Munyaka, both of P.O. Box 1050-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aaron Munyaka Kiilu, who died at Kavilunguni, on 5th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
