CAUSE No. 231 OF 2019 By Victor Owuor Bwana, of P.O. Box 66, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremy Bwana Okuoga alias Bwana Okwoga, who died at Kanjira, on 12th December, 2005. CAUSE No. 224 OF 2019 By (I) Joan Achieng Owino and (2) Robert Ndiwa Sawo, both of P.O. Box 72323, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Lander Sawo, who died at Central Karachuonyo, on 5th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
