TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2018 By (1) Nita Vipul Shah, (2) Jeshmin Vipul Shah and (3) Aadarsh Vipul Shah, all of P.O. Box 98235-80100, Monlbasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Vipul Liladhar Popat Shah, who died at Ores Villas, Nyali, on 9th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
