TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 of 2019 By Ramniklal Shah, of P.O. Box 16478-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Ranjanbala Ramniklal Shah, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
