Kimani & Muriithi Associates, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Githinji, late of Karen, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 26th September, 2018. Ali & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Otieno Ogol, late of Nairobi, who died at Kibera, on 23rd June, 2018. CAUSE No. 469 OF 2019 By Esther Ongola Onyango, of P.O. Box 103479-00101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, through Messrs. Jaleny & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ennos Shikanda Openda, late of Kakamega, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd May, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
