NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plans was on 21st June, 2019, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Chuka Township. Copies of the plan have been deposited for public inspection at the Director of Physical Planning, Ardhi House, Fifth Floor, Nairobi, Chief Officer, Lands, Physical Planning, Urban Development and Natural Resources, Tharaka Nithi County and Chuka Urban Sub- county Physical Planning Office, Chuka. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge at the Director of Physical Planning, Ardhi House, Fifth Floor, Nairobi, Chief Officer, Lands, Physical Planning, Urban Development and Natural Resources, Tharaka Nithi County and Chuka Urban Sub- county Physical Planning Office, Chuka, between 8.00 am. and 4.30 p.m. during working days. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make representations in connection or objections to the above named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Director of physical Planning P.O. Box 45025-00100, Nairobi or the Chief Officer, Lands, Physical Planning, Urban Development and Natural Resources, Tharaka Nithi County, P.O.
