WHEREAS Fredrick Okoth Odongo, is registered as proprietor of all timepiece of land known as North Ugenya/Masat/2105, situate in the ,disifict of Ugenya, and whereas .the senior resident magistrate's courtetUkwala has ordered that the piece of land be transferred to (1) Stephen .Oracha Ogutu, (2) Consolata Ochieng Ogutu, (3) Francis Ounur Elgutu and (4) Lucas Owino Ogutu, and whereas the executive officer:of the said court executed an. instrument of transfer in favour of (1) Stephen Oracha Ogutu, (2) Consolata Ochieng Ogutu, (3) Francis Ouma Ogutu and (4) Lucas Owino Ogutu, and whereas all efforts madeoto compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to (1) Stephen Oracha Ogutu, (2) Consolata Ochieng Ogutth-A(3) Francis Ouma Ogutu and (4) Lucas Owino Ogutu have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid •objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fredrick Okoth Odongo, shalt be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect: • Dated the 5th July, 2019. - D.
