GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5947

WHEREAS (1) Anjelina Aluoch Abang'a and (2) Dominicus Sijeny Abang'a, were registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as South Gem/Ulamba/110, and whereas the land South Gem/Ulamba/110, was sub-divided into Nos. South Gern/Ulamba/1068 and 1069, and whereas South Gem/Ulamba/1069 was transferred to George Obare Orina and issued with a title deed and Whereas South Gern/Ulamba/1068 was further sub-divided into South Gem/Ulamba/1188 and South Gern/Ulamba/1180 and whereas South Gern/Ulamba/1189 was transeferred to John Otieno Abuonji and title deed issued and whereas the land registrar has established that (1) Anjelina Aluoch Abang'a and (2) Dominicus Sijeny Abang'a, were fraudulently registered on land registered No. South Gem/Ulamba/110, and whereas land registrar has established that the registration and subsequent subdivision and transfers were done fraudulently, and whereas all efforts has been made to recall the title deeds issued to George Obare Orina on land South Gem/Ulamba/110, and whereas all efforts has been made to recall the title deed issued to John Otieno Abuonji on Land South Gem/Ulamba/1189 and whereas the land registrar has established that the land parcel South Gem/Ulamba/110 reverts back to Abang'a Agunda (deceased), notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the title deeds issued to George Obare Orina on land parcel No. South Gern/Ulamba/1069, and the title deed issued to John Otieno Abuonji on land parcel No. South Gem/Ulamba/1189 shall be cancelled and be of no use and land parcel No. South Gem/Ulamba/110 shall revert back,thiAbruis'a Agunda (deceased).
