REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ibrahim Omutula s/o Benjamin Lukoko, is registered as proprietor absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 3.52 hectares or thereabout known as Marama/Shinamwenyulit2159, and whereas the principal magistrate's court in succession case No. 421 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Joyce Otiro Omutula, (2) Mary Kahendi Omutula and (3) Margaret Imali Omutula, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
