WHEREAS (1) Ahmed Ali Omar and (2) Ibrahim Ali Omar; both of P.O. Box 85608, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as • proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land ' situate in the Mombasa County, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXI/275, and whereas sufficient evidence has been addUced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been receiVed within that period, I intend to open a new land register and Upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed absolute and of no effect.
