REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kimani Mukundi, of P.O. Box 10913-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0459 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nakuru/Municipality Block 26/993, situate in the district of Nakuru, apd whereas the land register/green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register/green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall prckceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
