WHEREAS Adham Mohamed Hasty, of P.O. Box 980-80100. Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 1.474 hectares or thereabout, known as 557/1V/MN. situate south of Takaungu in the District of Kilifi, registered under title No. CR. 28227, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
