REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, that the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KAL 337C, Isuzu Van, to take delivery from Rucha Agencies Auctioneers storage yard upon payment of storage charges for storage and .any incidental cost, within twenty one (21) days from the date of publicatjon of this notice. Failure to comply with this notice, the said motor vehicle shall be sold by way of public auction without further notice. The proceeds from which shall be delayed against all costs.
