REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Civicon Limited, to take delivery of motor vehicle registration No. KCC 526E, Toyota Hiace Van, lying at the premises of Sharpe Auto Services garage, along Mokoyeti Road West in Karen Area, Nairobi, to take the possession of the same within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding dues, storage costs and any other related expenses, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold either by way of public auction or private treaty by Sharpe Auto Services without further notice and proceeds -shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to Civicon Limited.
