WHEREAS Wavinya Tito Kimali (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.023 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Machakos, known as Athi River/Athi River Block 5/18, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Kithimani in succession case No. 70 of 2016, has issued a grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant to (I) Robert Mutuku Kimali and (2) Sammy Mutyota Kimali, and whereas the said (1) Robert Mutuku Kimali and (2) Sammy Mutyota Kimali executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the said land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I will dispense with the production of the said land title deed by transimission of R.L. 19 in the names of (1) Robert Mutuku Kimali and (2) Sammy Mutyota Kimali, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wavinya Tito Kimali (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAzEi I E NOTICE No. 5816 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT • (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Mathuu Mumo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.028 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kitui/Kalundu Market/39, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kitui in succession case No. 60 of 1988, has issued grant of letters of administration to Meliki Vivi Mathuu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mathuu Mumo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given'that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of administration and succession, and upon such 'registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mathuu Mumo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
