REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter M'eienberg, (2) Mary Wambui, (3) Kennedy Bernadette Atey and (4) Regula Wacker, as trustees of Faraja Society Nairobi, all of P.O. Box 3302-00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.186100 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered as Nairobi/Block 122/226, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
