Box 88356- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya formerly known as Halima Muse Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Halima Muse Adan and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Halima Mohamed Adan for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Halima Mohamed Adan only.
