NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th April, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 107, in Volume DI, Folio 111/1632, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Joycaster Mumo Muthoka, of P.O. Box 453, Nunguni in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Purity Mumo Muthoka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Purity Mumo Muthoka and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joycaster Mumo Muthoka for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joycaster Mumo Muthoka only.
