NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th October, 1991, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 510, in Volume 364/937, Folio DXXV, by our client, Ben Gachie Mungai, of P.O. Box 58062, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Benson Gachehe Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Benson Gachece Mungai and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ben Gachie Mungai for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ben Gachie Mungai only.
