NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Motor vehicle KBY 783K and ZD 8272, stored at Soham Petrol Station, situated off Mombasa Road, before Mlolongo, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of storage and related charges, failure to which the said item will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
