COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is g'ven that preparations of the above Development Plans were comple ed on the dates indicated. The Development Plans relate to land situated within the locations specified above in Siaya County. Copies of the Development Plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the County Director of Physical Planning, respective Sub County Administrator, Deputy County Commissioner and ward Administrators. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-mentioned addresses between the hours of 8.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named Development Plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P. 0. Box 803-40600 Siaya, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 22nd May, 2019.
