GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5426

WHEREAS Julius Kimani Warui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land kn own as Marmanet North Rumuruti Block 2/2581, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior chief magistrate's court at Murant ;-'a in succession case No. 623 of 2017, has issued grant of letterr, s of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Alice wangui Kimani, and whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R. L. 19, and whereas the land title deed issued to Julius Kimani Warui (i leceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the sa id application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Alice wangui Kimani, and upon such registration the l and title deed issued earlier to the said Julius Kimani Warui (deceased ), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
