REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eva Maria Sophie Thies Geb Krull alias Eva Marie Sophie Ahrens Thies (deceased), of P.O. Box 5030, Diani in the Republic of Kenya, registered proprietor in all those pieces of land under title Nos. Kwale/Diani Beach Block/616 and Kwale/Diani Beach Block 617, and whereas (1) Deutsche Gesellschaft Zur Rettung Schiffbruchiger a duly registered association in Germany having its seat at Werderstrasse 2, 28199 Bremen and (2) Christoffel-Blinden Mission Deutschland e.v. a duly registered association bearing registration No. V.R. 20332 and having its seat at Stubenwald-Allee 5, 64625 Bensheim, are the beneficial owners of the said properties, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the said piece of land has been lost or misplaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provision of section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
